This App is by far the best money Ive ever spent! Ive dieted since my mom put me on diet pills at 11, that was in the 1960s. Since staring to listen to this App Ive not only lost weight, but also stopped dieting! I eat what I want when Im hungry and feel satisfied with myself and my body! Thank you Sue and James!
