Water out the wazoo, eat when truly hungry, stop when satisfied, exercise a reasonable amount. The hypnosis is supportive and reinforces the Guidelines AKA rules. I lost 4 lbs in the first two weeks eating non-diet food. For the first time in over 20 years, I didnt count points or calories and I lost weight without even exercising. The Facebook group is amazing and supportive. I love Easy Loss! Oh... And if u get in a pickle? Chill Pill app has "self sabotage" and "anxiety" and "self esteem" hypnosis sessions inside of it that are soooooo helpful. You have to pay for them but worth it! Just a few dollars!
