I can honestly say this has been a true lifesaver ! With the first session I went from a 12 pack of pop a day to maybe two. By the third session water is all I want . I may drink one pop a week when I eat out. My cholesterol has dropped because of the healthier food Im eating.
This 1. Relaxes you 2. Gets you drinking water :) 3. Trains your mind to always leave something on your plate. So in turn your eating less which is less calories. IE: losing weight. I have actually started asking for a go box when I order my food. I take 1/2 my food and put it in the box to take home. 4. The munching between meals ( or in my case all day long) gone. You will actually WANT fruit, veggies etc..
You might have a " hiccup" as I call them. And eat a bag of chips. Or eat more than you planned one night while you were out. Trust me no big deal. That nights session will get you back on track. And your metabolism will be working so much better by then it wont be a big deal! There are some people Im seing on Facebook that are loosing 7pds a week. And some like me are a steady 2 or 3 pds a week. But any loss is a move in the right direction.. I can not say enough about this app!! I have pushed all my family and friends to start on this.
