I have found myself making significant changes in my eating habits since listening. This is not magic. But it works. The key is in listening to the hypnosis sessions each and every day and or night. Also, following the guidelines provides immeasurable help.
I played around with the app for several months, listening sporadically and not really following the guidelines of eating only when hungry and of eating only what I really wanted. But something finally shifted in my brain and being in January of 2014 and I have lost weight steadily since. As of March 8, 2014, I have released 30.1 pounds and have been liberated from junk food cravings.
I now audit myself every time I eat: am I hungry? Is the food before me health promoting? Am I eating slowly and savoring each bite? Am I stopping when I am no longer hungry but not full or uncomfortable?
I leave something behind on my plate. I eat much smaller portions because my stomach is smaller after following the program. Its all good!!!
I think some of the less than favorable reviews are motivated by reasons unrelated to the app itself. I have experienced great results.
